The wheels and housing may be new, but when you pull the engine, check the CHRA (middle piece that oil, water lines connect to) I bet it is the stock piece that was designed fot T22 wheels. Do not take this personally, I am just pointing out what probably is wrong. The big wheels have too much mass for the size of the shaft and bearings, causing them to wear too quickly. You need to get garrett CHRA PN 446179-0056, reuse your TO4B housing, buy a .86 T25 exhaust housings and then you will have the identical turbo as a HKS GT2530, but with a bigger turbine A/R. This will give more power, equal of less lag, and much more reliability that what you have now. This will cost ~$1600-$1700 for 2 CHRA and 2 turbine housings.
